Organisational structure
We operate with three market facing strategic business units (SBUs), through which the Group’s services and commercial operations will be delivered. Segmental reporting, from the full year 2021 Annual Report, will be presented to reflect this structure. The Board believes this will provide a direct line of sight for shareholders, better enabling them to understand and assess the SBU’s market activities, investment requirements and performance.
Led by a Managing Director and leadership team, each SBU will determine (subject to Group review and approval) its own budget, go to market approach, expenditure requirements, etc. working with supporting functions to deliver to, and develop, its
client base.
