Gama Aviation’s Apprentices Shine in Early Stages of Their Five-Year Journey
Recognising the achievements of Maksym Randall and Ethan Wooding in their Apprentice Pathway
Gama Aviation, a leader in global aviation services, is proud to announce the early success of two of its newest apprentices, Maksym Randall and Ethan Wooding. The pair joined the Gama Aviation Apprenticeship Pathway in September 2024 and have already made remarkable strides, successfully completing the Hand Skills course at Bournemouth & Poole College as part of their foundational training.
In recognition of his progress, Maksym Randall was honoured with the “Most Improved Student” award, presented by Steve Burns, Learning Manager for Engineering at Bournemouth & Poole College. This achievement highlights Maksym’s dedication to personal development and sets a strong tone for his journey ahead in the aerospace industry.
Commenting on their success, Simon Heap, Training Delivery Manager at Gama Aviation and head of the Apprentice Pathway Program, stated:

The Hand Skills course marks just the beginning of their five-year journey, which will involve both classroom-based and hands-on training to develop the expertise required for maintaining and servicing aircraft to the highest safety and quality standards.
