Core to the service are the flexibility and agility to meet the changing operational requirements of platforms that may be deployed at a moments notice to areas of interest. This involves the team managing personnel, logistics and supply chain as well as providing critical AOG and line maintenance support in an area of active operations.
We are incredibly proud of our Mission Support capabilities with platform availability in the high nineties, with several clients with 100% availability across their fleet. Achieving high availability figures provides considerable assurance to operational controllers who rely on the presence of these platforms to deliver decisive advantage.
Typically, the Mission Support team offer a full range of services from:
• Aircraft acceptance and onward maintenance of the platform
• Embodiment of enhanced Mission Systems
• Supporting logistics and supply chain management
• Hangar and supporting infrastructure development & management
• Aircraft maintenance training
• Aircrew
• Medical support services
Our maintenance Mission Support team specialise in providing AOG, line and base maintenance support for rotary and fixed wing assets including the Airbus H145, Bombardier Challenger series, Bombardier Global series, and the Beechcraft King Air.
AOG support is provided on a contracted basis with teams available in key strategic locations to conduct maintenance inputs to bring the aircraft back to an airworthy, ‘fit to fly’ basis. Our AOG teams and their coverage are a fundamental part of ensuring aircraft availability for critical mission delivery.
Many of our customers work with 24/7 operations through distinct hubs. Our line maintenance philosophy is to use operational downtime to maintain the aircraft on a continual basis, often taking proactive measures to avoid a future potential AOG issue. The marginal gains introduced by these interventions enhance aircraft availability.
Base (or heavy) maintenance is programmed such that standby aircraft are available to maintain operational cover. With the aircraft being ‘offline’ for a period of time it presents an ideal time to embody mission system or performance upgrades on to the aircraft.

With over 30 years of experience, we know how to drive more performance and mission capability from a range of rotary and fixed wing platforms including the Beechcraft King Air, Bombardier Global, Bombardier Challenger, Britten Norman Islander and the Airbus H145.
In partnership with the Mission Systems team, we can embody a wide number of modification to enhance the performance characteristics of the airframe as well as enhance its utility. These include, but are not limited to:

We are privileged to work with several airframe, engine, avionic and Mission System OEMs, of which some we hold Authorised Service Centre status. This allows us to procure parts and components efficiently using our facilities to pre-position wear & tear items close to the aircraft’s area of operations.
This greatly benefits the team’s ability to turn around AOG aircraft or undertake line maintenance activities during operational downtime, which in of itself is a valuable marginal gain to deliver high mission availability of the aircraft.

On occasion our clients require us to provide the aircraft flight crews and rear cabin operators on a distinct and separate basis to the provision of the mission solution.
In this respect we can provide flight crews and rear operators based on:
• A range of security clearance requirements
• Defined flight hours, type ratings or mission requirements
• Defined medevac criteria from HEMS to paediatric specialists
• Operational demand changes
• Responses to major incidents
These can be provided on relatively short notice, for example our Medical support team have a pool of over 50 Flight Doctors, Flight Paramedics and Flight Nurses that can be deployed shortly after receiving a request.
